The Agilent E8363C has a wide frequency range of 10 MHz to 40 GHz and has 2-Ports and 4 Receivers. An integrated S-parameter test set with four receivers allows true TRL calibration. TRM/LRM calibration, on-wafer, in-fixture, waveguide and antenna measurements are all part of this Network Analyzers capabilities.
