Utilizing a fluid bed granulation process, our Spray Granulizer converts liquids into dense, dustless and free-flowing granulates in one-step operation. Features The feed material is introduced into the granulizer, where it is granulized and dried by means of heated air. The drying and cooling continues in second step performed by a vibrating fluid bed. Powder is conveyed to the last process step where it is fractionated into 3 fractions product, oversize and undersize. The oversize is milled to the required particle size and mixed together with the undersize before it is conveyed back to the granulizer. The air with en-trained fines are separated out and conveyed back to the granulizer.
