Helapet offer a range of replaceable inline membrane filters designed to universally fit inside standard pipette controllers, reducing the risk of cross contamination in controlled cleanroom environments and laboratories. Available as standard using either a 0.2µm or 0.45µm microporous PTFE media, the hydrophobic properties protects the instrumentation from moisture. Each pipette controller filter is 24mm in diameter with male luer slip inlet and outlet connections, providing a secure fit onto the majority of manual pipette controllers. To avoid the risk of bypass, our filters are ultrasonically welded within FDA approved polypropylene housing. All Helapet inline disc filters are integrity tested to support performance specifications and individually etched with lot numbers enabling traceability.
