The Turret Profile Projector enhances measurements through its built-in lens which can be rotated. Measuring performance is not affected through an image load of 40 kgs, thus resulting in erect and un-reversed images. Built with a magnification accuracy of 0.08% for the contour and 0.12% for surface illumination, the device can work with an accuracy of （3+L/100)µm and a repeatability of 0.003 mm. Standing at a height of 90 mm, the workpiece weighs a total of 100 kg. The device also features a mm/inch conversion and 0° 90° 270° 360° conversion, as well as an ABS/INC conversion function. It has a zero setting and operates with 1/2 calculation. The projector also performs with a linear compensation property. The digital readout comes in the form of a metrology counter with an RS232 output.
