The digital force gauge ZTA has a capacity starting from 0 to 2 N and extending all the way up to 0 to 5,000 N. It is utilized to determine the tension and compression of forces in various applications in numerous industry sectors. The internal memory can store 1000 values. This readings can be recalled in the display, transferred via the USB or RS-232 output to a PC or printed out over the Digimatic interface. A fast measuring frequency is a feature of this force measuring unit and is used for the precise acquisition of peak values. It has two operation modes of real time and peak forces. For the fast acquisition of peak values, the force measuring device has an exceptionally high sampling rate of 2,000 times/sec. The display is updated 10 times/sec. The OLED display is easy to read and has a header and footer which can be customized and switched on or off. There are programmable high/low set-points for go/no-go testing. In combination with a test stand with linear scale, force-displacement measurements are possible.
