Our closed horizontal cylindrical vats, specifically designed for fresh and soft cheese, are characterised by their structure and loops, which allow the curd to be mixed in a proportionate and homogeneous way, obtaining a very regular grain, of equal size, with minimum shrinkage values. Furthermore, the application of the process in an enclosed space offers the best sanitary conditions for production.
