The concept of our plant control systems provides the highest degree of digitisation thus taking into account the increasing interconnectedness and new standards such as ‘Industry 4.0’. From sensors in the plants to the tracking of coffee batches throughout the entire production process, NEUHAUS NEOTEC plant controls and MES systems record all data and process them intelligently. Field-level networks via Ethernet and Profinet ensure preventive and predictive evaluation of all sensors. As a result, unscheduled downtimes are eliminated and the system availability is significantly increased. Maintenance tools of the software automatically report and record routine maintenance. The control systems used are based on the latest versions of the renowned suppliers of control systems Siemens and Rockwell, and they are operated by means of clearly and ergonomically arranged visualisations. The order management automatically inherits all data of the customer’s higher-level ERP system and automatically compares them with manual production orders. These production processes are executed according to predetermined priorities or on request. Possible shortages as well as silo capacities are automatically taken into account by newly developed logarithms.
