As an add-on for the roaster control system, the NN-DATA software offers a detailed data analysis of the roasting curves before, during and after roasting and assesses them in relation to all relevant roaster settings. Data archiving in an SQL database allows multiple users to access and process large data sets. In addition to the roasting data, other parameters such as green coffee preheating or final cooling and roasting loss weighing are also recorded. Software and roasting data are stored on an industrial PC with Linux-based operating system, the hardware is installed safely in the control cabinet. Data retrieval and evaluation by the user is possible in any web browser. The curve display can be individually designed, and various evaluation options such as roasting curve overlay, zoom function or the setting of filters allow quick access to the relevant information.
