Coaterow is very unique and consists of a multi spin type centrifugal system which enables the central disc and drum to rotate separately (opposite direction of each other) and also at different RPM speeds (high speed). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xTshylgY2dc This creates a vortex inside the drum where the product do not fall over each other but rather roll over each other – reducing waste and breakage. Due to this effect, we decrease production speeds by 2 to 3 times. The ECX200 has as well a PLC integrated enabling you, once you have the recipe configured (your effort), to store this into the program. Then by pushing the ON button the machines commences its process according to your product recipe (automatically). Off course you must consider adding coating material via feeders (which can communicate with our PLC).
