The California Instruments RS90-3PI power source consists of multiple high power AC and DC power systems that provide controlled AC and DC output for ATE and product test applications. The RS90-3PI is much more than a programmable AC, DC or AC+DC power source. It also incorporates an advanced digital signal processor based data acquisition system that continuously monitors all AC source and load parameters. Common AC and DC measurement parameters are automatically provided by the data acquisition system and are displayed in numeric form on the front panel LCD display.
