Unwinding device Type PDV, for unwinding reels horizontally from N10 (Ø 1.000mm) to N25 (Ø 2.500mm) with a maximum weight of 4.000Kg. The unwinding device is built with structural tube profiles, forming a very sturdy unit. The weight of the structure is divided into six legs equipped with ball bearings, which greatly facilitate the unwinding of the cable. At the centre of the plate there is a centring cone to accommodate the reel, which prevents the fall of the reel while unwinding. PDV-DD( optional accesory ) Rubber tire wheel motor attached to the unwinding plate that allows you to rotate the plate on low speed, to de-coiling or winding the wire in the drum easily. Pedal-powered with speed ramps for smooth start and stop. It has a selector to select the direction of rotation of the winder.
