The SITRANS WF300 Series has weighing mechanics where solids flow meters that cannot be affected by corrosive, abrasive and materials with high temperatures. It has low to medium capacity flow meters for wide variety of product sizes, densities, fluid types and fine powders, like cement. It can operate at high temperatures up to +230 °C (+450 °F). The flow meters increases efficiency of finalized products and can provide high amount of cost savings. The flow meters provide a display of the flow rate, overall flow and alarms when operated with the correct sensing head and a microprocessor-based integrator package. It has outputs of 0/4 to 20 mA. The flow guide creates a mechanical deflection while striking the sensing plate as dry bulk solids enter the flow guide before moving onto the process uninterrupted.
