SITRANS WF200 and WF250 flowmeters serve as medium to high capacity flowmeters for various product sizes, densities, and fluidities. WF200 series flowmeters operates with a microprocessor based integrator package to display flow rate, totalized flow, and rate alarms. The 0/4 to 20 mA outputs are proportional to rate and contact closure for remote totalization. Dry bulk solids enter the flowmeter prior to continuing through the process unhindered. Horizontal deflection force is converted to electrical signal by the load cells which is then processed into flowrate and integrated total weight by the integrator. Since only horizontal force is measured, the sensing process is immune to the effect of product build-up. WF200 series flowmeters features externally located load cells to the process to measure high capacity with a maximum rate of 900 t/h (990 STPH). WF250 features 900 t/h (990 STPH) maximum rate for pre-feed of high capacity aerated gravity conveyor.
