Composition Aramid yarns and expanded PTFE yarns with encapsulated graphite and silicone lubricant egPTFE GORE® GFO®. Characteristics The style GF7676 is a special packing produced with an innovative braiding technique. It is made with GORE® GFO® and aramid yarns combined in the ‘zebra’ mode to improve the resistance to the extrusion and to reduce the wear of the sealing. Applications The compression packing style GF7676 is recommended for all dynamic services with the industrial fluids compatible with graphite, PTFE and aramidic fibers. The GF7676 packing has shown particular aptitude for sealing on the slurry pumps intended for moving the water for industrial use towards the filtration and demineralization cycles.
