Features:
- Low volume 2 µL nucleic acid and protein quantification and rapid results with Take3 plates. 16-sample Take3 or 48-sample Take3 Trio are compatible in most Agilent BioTek microplate readers.
- Preprogrammed protocols in the Take3 app for dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, and protein (BSA, IgG, lysozyme) measurement make getting direct quantitative results quick and easy. Rapid visual results are output in convenient tab delimited .txt formats.
- Absorbance and fluorescence detection is useful for quantitation. The Take3 plates are suitable for small, 2 µL sample volumes. Take3 plates are compatible with many of Agilent BioTek multimode readers and imaging multimode readers.
- Easy, wipe-off maintenance in Take3 plates for better performance. Simply wipe samples off Take3 plate after measurement with a laboratory wipe.
- Read 2 µL microspots, BioCells or standard cuvettes for flexible measurements. Take3 plate accepts standard 1 cm cuvette or 2 patented BioCells for rapid 1 cm measurements. The Take3 Trio offers 48 microspots and 2 BioCell positions.
