The MTM 4X series is a cylindrical spring mechanical seal developed by Microtem. It is mainly used for general services in machinery at low and medium pressure. This Double directional mechanical seal is supplied with elastomer bellows and constructed with compliance to DIN 24960 directive requirements. It standard contact surface is built form Silicon carbide SiC, Tungsten carbide, Aluminum oxide, Carbographite impregnated with antimony, and Carbographite impregnated with resin. The elastomer isalso developed from FPM/Viton, EPDM, and NBR construction. In addition, this single cylindrical spring tool is equipped with elastomer stationary ring, stationary ring, rotary ring, elastomer rotary ring, and spring components.
