FMB presents Sirius semiautomatic band saw machine. It is suitable for manually cutting 0° to 60° right. Unique special aluminium casting alloy is used for making the head structure. Blade tensioning is dynamometric. It has a broken blade micro. The head protection cover has a built-in blade cleaning brush. The head feeding system features a hydraulic cylinder. A flow valve positioned in front is used for adjusting descent. The blade guide has combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. Reduction gear box has inclined teeth, which are case hardened and grounded. The teeth has long lasting grease. The reduction gear box provides output shaft diameter of 40 mm. Keyless shaft/hub connection is used for a motor wheel connection. Version 2 provides speed of 35/70 m/min, and version VHZ+LSM has speed between 16 to 20 m/min. The material clamping vice allows manual positioning using hydraulic locking cylinder. The working table and control panel are ergonomically designed. The head rotation angle halts at 0°,45° and 60°. Measurement system is in degrees. The machine has a graduated scale and its locking lever has a sturdy design. Loading side is robust.
