The Saturn VHZ is a semi-atuomatic band saw equipment that has been specifically developed to cut profiles with a motorized inclination that ranges from 0° up to 60° at the right side, and from 0° up to 45° at the left side. The unit has a head with a structure divided into 3 parts, and each part is made of either a particular aluminum alloy, steel, and cast iron. It features a reduction gear box with an inclined grinded case hardened teeth that are lubricated with a long lasting grease. The Saturn VHZ comes with an Inverter VHZ that provides a broad range of speed selection. It also comes with a blade cleaning brush embedded in the head guard. The unit incorporates a modifiable blade guide with carbide inserts and guide bearings.
