The Major+ VHZ series is manufactured by FBM, and is an semi-automatic band-saw machine that is appropriate for cutting of 0° up to 60° right, which has a head structure in 3 parts that includes aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron. It also has a blade guide with combined action of side bearings, carbide plates and top bearing. There is a head feeding system with hydraulic cylinder and descent adjustment by flow valve placed in front position. It also has a blade cleaning brush incorporated in the head protection, which has a dynamo-metric blade tension. The unit has a power rating of 2 hp or 1.5 kW, which has a weight of 580 kg. It also has an IP55 class rating, which is available in yellow similar to RAL 1018 and grey similar to RAL 7036.
