The Calipso is a semi-automatic band saw instrument that has been specifically developed to cut materials with a motorized inclination that ranges from 0° up to 60° at the right side, and from 0° up to 45° at the left side. The head of the unit has a structure made of cast aluminum alloy. A blade cleaning brush is installed in the head protection cover of the unit. The model comes with a head feeding system with a hydraulic cylinder, and descent adjustment with the use of a flow valve located at the front. The Calipso has two speeds that ranges from 35 m/min up to 70 m.min, and the VHZ variant has a speed rate that ranges from 16 m/min up to 120 m/min.
