Composition The main feature of this Ball Valve seat design is to permit the sealing at -196°C. We have developed a special procedure to obtain the best material performance. Our engineering department develops the critical sizes and finishing for the seats and balls as these are very important for good valve sealing. The most widely used combination of materials is F316+PCTFE+Lipseal. We guarantee correct assembly of the components. We have successfully tested a new material called V10, suitable for applications at -260°C.
