The system is characterized with its easy setup, intuitive software, reporting, curve fitting and data storage. The ChroMate Multichannel Microplate Reader and your PC work together to present quick reading and complete access to high level software, curve fitting, data storage and reporting so as to satisfy the requirements of modern laboratories. The ChroMate even provides a patient database with multiple reporting options. This microplate reader also makes use of IAD filters, which give superior performance far longer than multi-cavity filters. The versatile ChroMate reader and its PC software present a quick reading capability of 96 wells in less than 10 seconds. The software comes with a plug and play USB drive to perform the following calculation modes: Cutoff, Cutoff Control, Cutoff Calibrator, Point-to-point curve fit, Multipoint % absorbance, Linear regressions, (linear, log, logit-log), Polynomial and Sigmoidal regressions (2nd, 3rd, 4th order, dose response, cubic spline). Additionally, ChroMates software features include selectable plate layout options, critical QC tracking, with individual selections for both calibrators and controls, absorbance or concentration, for mean, SD, CV, plus Levey-Jennings plots, and more. This Awareness Technology microplate reader runs EIA/ELISA and other application, and is capable of on-board calculations for point-to-point, linear and log regressions, and log logit modes.
