Model STME utilizes a built-in temperature control which maintains 121C (250F). Model STME-L provides an adjustable temperature control which can be set between 110 and 121C (230 to 250F). Unit reaches sterilizing temperature in 8-10 minutes. Pressure automatically exhausted, power shut off at cycle completion, slow exhaust may be selected for sterilizing liquids. Aluminum sterilizing cylinders interior dimensions 16 diameter x 26 long, volume is 3 cubic feet, exterior is polished stainless steel. Stainless steel door is self-sealing, cannot be opened during sterilization. Dimensions: 13 x 11. Includes 82 to 149C (180 to 300F) thermometer, 0 to 30 psi steam gauge, 0 to 60 minute timer, low water cut-off and bullet feet that are adjustable from 4 to 6.
