The positioning of the material to be strapped can be done manually or by means of an idle roller. The operator lunch the strapping by simply pressing the foot control or the start button. The strap is stretched, thermally welded and cut. The arch strap guide is in aluminum. The strapping tool is characterized by a new sealing blade for maximum effectiveness of the closure and an external knob to easily adjust the tension. Worktop with idle rollers. Operation with Mitsubishi PLC, the strapping machine turns off automatically after 60 seconds of inactivity. The holding capacity of strap dipends on material type to strap and on strap choice. Arch with different sizes (optional) The machine can be equipped with special arches, for strapping packages of larger size. To purchase machines with different sized arches, it is necessary to insert the desired option in the cart. The price refers to an addition compared to the standard arc, applicable only during purchase. The delivery time does not vary with respect to the standard model.
