Messersì Packaging has designed for the paper industry a complete line consisting of wrapping machines with 2 vertical reels, an edge adjuster, a heat shrinking oven and a top sheet dispenser with 2 reels. Conceived and designed by Messersì Packaging to pack paper sheets, this packaging line consists of a vertical wrapping machine and a top sheet dispenser, both with two reels to secure the package with the stretch film firmly. Before the package is introduced into the heat shrink tunnel, an automatic PLC-managed device folds and fixes the film excess on the top. The hot air produced by a gas burner is conveyed into the oven and allows the heat shrinkage of the film without resorting to flames in contact with the product, this avoids the risk of fire or damages.
