With our GSM 500 screw capper, we offer you a machine component that can be used flexibly for capping various containers such as bottles, jars, tubes or cans. Thus our capping machine is suitable for all industries and can also reliably seal your containers. Our GSM 500 can be used either as a stand-alone capping machine or as a station within another machine. A wide range of options are available to you. The core piece is the torque-controlled servo-driven capping module. The basic machine is used for individual equipment with workstations and includes a GMP-compliant design, clean weld seams, edges and transitions as well as high-quality precision drives. The servo and stepper motors are perfectly mounted in the frame. The machine speed is flexibly adjustable. In addition, the GSM 500 nutrunner is equipped with a rotary table on which up to 12 workstations can be arranged radially. The machine speed for the basic machine can be up to 50 containers per minute in one lane. Our screwdriver closes caps of any kind In order to be able to adapt our capping machine individually to your needs, there are different possibilities to equip the GSM 500. Thus we can guarantee that we can offer you a solution for every problem. The possible tools that can be installed for capping are grippers, capping heads or pump screwdrivers.
