Machine for the interlocking or assembling of products and the fitting of lids on an ad hoc basis. The C10 allows for assembling and interlocking on an ad hoc basis, and is ideal for the fitting of capping and penetrating lids. Machine operation: The cycle takes place in three stages and at three different stations. At the first station, lids are waiting in a slide. Below, a conveyor running through the machine supplies cans. A rotor with a recessed plate rotates to convey a can and its lid by a step of 90° to the second station. The lid is pushed onto its can by being lifted by a cylinder, while a new lid/can assembly is inserted into the next recess. The cycles follow on from one another and the finished cans are taken by the conveyor to the third station. This is not restricted to the fitting of lids. Indeed, it is also a machine designed for the interlocking or assembling of products. Its operation on an ad hoc basis allows it to operate at limited speeds. For faster speeds, continuous operation such as on the C7D lidding machine may be more suitable. Strengths: Brushless motor for high accuracy, Compact, Easy format change (shape and height) with quick-locking tools, High, fully retractable mechanism and through conveyor for by-pass use
