This is an automatic vehicle parts assembly machine manufactured by Fiam consisting of a turntable enabling 20 different kinds of headlights. The components are prepared on a customized jig or the first station manually in front of the turntable before loading the assembled parts on the turntable jig which then turns to transfer the components to the second station for automatic setup. The third station feeds 4 self-threading screws automatically with two screw feeding units at a very high rate with the help of 4 air nut-runner motors with air shut-off clutch. These motors are built-in double stroke fastening slides which include 2 linear vibrating feeders.
