This filter is crafted by an high quality sponge filter and a 100% aluminum alloy frame. The permanent reusable frame is built to last over time. Air Sponge Filters are constructed with standard ASHRAE dimensions to fit perfectly inside the air treatment unit. The most suitable fields of these filters are in the food and industrial applications. This is mainly due by the fact that this filter is able to stop the oil dripping caused by the air coming from the kitchen hoods which is full of vapor oils and grease. The sponge allows to preserve the core filter of air treatment unit in order to have the best filtration efficiency, increase the time from one maintenance and the other and finally a more extended lifecycle.
