The Aeroflex ( IFR ) 6813 (10MHz to 20GHz) and 6815 (10MHz to 40GHz) microwave generators have been developed from the successful 6820 series of microwave scalar analyzers but the performance specifications of the source have been re-qualified for phase noise both closer in and further out.
This measurement system, based around the IFR 6800 series RF & Microwave Scalar and System Analyzers and the 6813 microwave generator, is designed to provide selective measurements of mixers and frequency converters during alignment and testing.
